Smart Battery Sense is a wireless sensor for battery voltage and temperature, designed for Victron Smart MPPT solar chargers. By installing a voltage and temperature sensor, the charging of the batteries is improved, which increases charging efficiency and extends the lifespan of the batteries.

This is a necessary accessory when the batteries are in a different temperature zone than the regulator, as well as when a lithium battery needs to disconnect the charging at a certain temperature.

Settings and connection of the Smart Solar MPPT are done via the Victron Connect app.
