Explanation of form questions:

Please provide our item number for the product:
This can be found on your order confirmation that was emailed to you when the order was created. If you ordered multiple items, we need to know which one(s) you wish to return, as well as the quantity.

For example: Changed mind, wrong order, wrong size, wrong delivery.

Describe the condition of the product:
Briefly explain the condition of the product, whether it is completely unopened in its original box, opened from the box, or if it has been used, etc. Please be as detailed as possible. Please note that we always inspect the condition of products during the return process.
Condition requirements for an approved return:
The product and original packaging must be in new condition, i.e., unused, for an approved return. Please package the product's original box so that it is protected during shipping. Do not tape the shipping label directly to the original box; instead, pack it in cardboard, paper, or similar material to protect the original box. Please feel free to reuse the packaging material from us as it was sent. If we discover that the product or original box is damaged/worn, we reserve the right to deduct from the amount. In these cases, we will always contact you beforehand.

I want help with a shipping label:
We will email you return information when we respond to your return request.
For smaller packages, you will receive a link with a QR code from Postnord, where you can easily create your own return label and receive it directly to your phone/email. No need to print the shipping label.
For larger items, we will email you return details and information on how to book a pickup from the shipping company. You will need to print the return labels.
The cost of your return label is the shipping price of the product when purchased. If there are multiple items to return, the shipping price will be based on the most bulky item only. We will inform you of the return cost after you submit your return request. The shipping fee will be charged as part of the return process and deducted from the refund amount for the product.

I will arrange my own shipping label:
If you are able to handle your own return, for example, through your work or another method, that’s fine. However, please note that your package must be booked as a business package without notification to us to ensure it arrives. Do not book the package as a service point package with notification, as we cannot pick it up, and it will be returned to you, requiring a new shipment to be booked. This is not a cost we cover.
