1. General & Warranty

1.1 Terms of Purchase
These terms apply to all purchases of products from Campmarket unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and Campmarket.

1.2 Sales in Accordance with Legislation
Sales follow applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including, but not limited to, EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and EU Directive 2000/31/EC on E-commerce, ensuring consumer rights such as cancellation, complaint procedures, and dispute resolution.

1.3 Our Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects. For certain products, an extended warranty applies in collaboration with the supplier, which is clearly stated on the respective product page.

1.4 Third-Party Warranty
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover products that have been resold to a third party.

2. Order
2.1 The purchaser must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation is sent to the provided email address for each order.

2.3 Typographical or Printing Errors
If a typographical or printing error of more than 15% in price or another significant inaccuracy occurs on Campmarket´s site (in advertisements, online store, etc.), Campmarket may unilaterally correct, remove, or reject the order, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

3. Delivery and Shipping
3.1 Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days for products in stock.
Ordered items typically take 7–9 business days (or longer depending on the supplier).
Campmarket reserves the right for delays and backorders from suppliers. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the delivery time may exceed 7–9 business days if one or more of the products you have ordered are backordered or delayed by suppliers.

3.2 Complete Delivery
If one or more of the ordered products are in stock while others are special orders, the entire order will be shipped once it is complete.

3.3 Shipping Carriers
We use UPS for delivery. Notifications are sent via SMS/email, and you can track your shipment through an email sent when your order has been dispatched.

3.6 Unclaimed Parcel
If the customer does not collect the package within the specified time, return shipping costs equivalent to the product’s shipping fee will be charged.

5. Prices
5.1 All prices are stated including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices continuously in accordance with market changes. Multiple price adjustments may occur within short periods.

6. Payment Methods
6.1 We offer several payment options via Klarna, in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding payment methods.

7. Cancellation
7.1 Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order until it has been packed or, for orders "Direct from supplier", until the product has been dispatched from the supplier.
For cancellations of products that are not part of our regular assortment (products not listed on our website), neither the right of withdrawal nor open purchase applies. Such orders can only be canceled if we manage to stop the supplier’s dispatch.

8. Transport Damage
8.1 Conditions for Transport Damage
Visible damage:
Upon receiving your item, check the packaging for any visible damage. If damage is noted, you must immediately inform the driver or pickup point and ensure they document this before signing.
You must then report the issue to us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
Hidden damage:
If the item is damaged after unpacking, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

8.2 Information Regarding Transport Damage
To process a claim for transport damage, the following documentation is required:
Photos of the outer packaging.
Photos of the inner packaging and packing materials.
Photos of the address label.
Photos of the damaged product and the actual damage.
These materials are necessary for us to send a replacement product.
The packaging must be kept throughout the claims process.
A new item will be sent either when the shipping carrier has confirmed responsibility or according to another agreement with the customer.

You have the right to return damaged items under EU consumer protection laws.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
9.1 When you shop via campmarket.com or by phone, you always have a right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the goods. You, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping in the case of a withdrawal.

9.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Goods made according to your specific instructions, personalized goods, or digital content delivered in a manner other than on a physical medium, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

9.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Campmarket within the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

9.4 Return of Goods
The product must be returned within 14 days from when you notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase.

9.5 Return Shipping Label
You can choose to handle the return yourself by using your own shipping label. Campmarket can also provide you with a return shipping label. If you wish to use a return label from Campmarket, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9.6 No Pickup Point IMPORTANT:
If you choose to return your product on your own, it is important that you do not select delivery via a pickup point. Campmarket is unable to collect packages from pickup points, and the delivery will be returned to you as the sender. Instead, choose a business package. If you are unsure, please contact customer service. All costs associated with returns made independently will be borne by the customer.

9.7 Original Condition
The product must be returned in its original condition. Handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the product's characteristics may lead to a deduction in its value.

9.8 Refund
Once we have received the product and approved the return, we will refund the amount for the product. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we received the product or confirmed that it has been returned. Any extra shipping costs beyond standard delivery will not be refunded. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

9.9 Product Condition Requirements
The product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale without issue.
The original packaging must not be damaged, and only transparent tape should be used to seal it.

10. Open Purchase
10.1 In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 10, Campmarket offers open purchase on stocked items for 30 days from the delivery date. A stocked item is a standard product available in Campmarket’s inventory.
To use the open purchase, you must:
Be able to show a receipt/order number.
Return the product in its original packaging, unused, clean, and in an unaltered condition.

10.2 Exceptions to Open Purchase
Open purchase does not apply to:
Special orders.
Products sold by the meter.
Goods for health or hygiene reasons where the seal/packaging has been broken
Consumables such as chemicals in cans or bottles.
Payment with vouchers, discount coupons, or gift cards.
If another agreement was made at the time of purchase, this must be clearly stated on the receipt for open purchase to apply.

10.3 Return Shipping for Open Purchase
You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping in the case of an open purchase. Items must be returned well-packaged and in the original packaging to be accepted for return.

10.4 Refund for Open Purchase
When Campmarket has received and approved the return of a stocked item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date we received the product. The shipping cost at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

10.5 Denial of Open Purchase
If the item is not in unaltered condition, we reserve the right to deny the return. In that case, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping charges for the return will be charged before we send the item back to you.

11. Complaints
12.1 Right according to the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
The customer has the right to make a complaint about defective products within two years from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

11.2 Defective Products
The right to complain covers products that are defective under the Consumer Sales Act. The customer should contact Campmarket as soon as the defect is discovered, and file a complaint within a reasonable time after noticing the defect or when the defect should have been noticed.

11.3 Complaints through Customer Contact
To file a complaint about a product, the customer must register the complaint through our Complaint Form.

11.4 Information for Complaints
The customer should be prepared to provide the following information when making a complaint:
Name and address
Order number and invoice number
Article number and product name
A detailed description of the defect
Photos that support the defect

11.5 Compensation for Approved Complaints
When the complaint is approved, Campmarket will compensate the customer in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and EU Directive 2000/31/EC on E-commerce. We aim to handle complaints within 30 days, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. If the product is not considered defective under the Consumer Sales Act, Campmarket reserves the right to reject the complaint. Compensation may be provided in the following order:
The defect is corrected;
Replacement with a replacement product; or
Cancel the purchase, with a refund made in the same manner as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

11.6 Return Shipping for Complaints
Campmarket will cover the return shipping and other costs associated with an approved complaint, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

11.7 Incorrect Use of Products
Products that are damaged due to incorrect use or external factors such as weather conditions are not covered by complaints or warranties. In such cases, we refer the customer to their insurance company for further handling.

13. Retention of Title
13.1
All products remain the property of Campmarket until full payment has been received from the customer. In the event of non-payment, Campmarket reserves the right to repossess the products in accordance with applicable law. The customer may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the products before ownership has been transferred to the customer.

13.2 Care of Products
Until ownership is transferred to the customer, the customer agrees to take good care of the products. The customer may not make any alterations to the products without Campmarket's written consent. The customer is not entitled to transfer or grant any usage rights to products subject to the retention of title.

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 In case of a dispute
In case of a dispute, Campmarket will always follow the recommendations of the relevant national dispute resolution bodies or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) platform, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

15. Copyright
15.1 Campmarket Copyright
All pages and content on campmarket.se, including but not limited to trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and other information, are protected by copyright and belong to Campmarket i Norden AB (org.nr: 556352-7968). It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use the material without written permission from Campmarket i Norden AB.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

16.1 Right to Adjust/Amend
Campmarket reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of sale and purchase. Changes to the terms may be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication. The customer is responsible for staying informed about any changes.

In order to fulfill your request as a visitor and to process your product orders from us, we may collect the following personal data:

Your contact details
We record your information when you purchase or order a product. If you register for our newsletter, we also store your email address. You always have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter. This is easiest done via the unsubscribe form on our website or by emailing us at info@campmarket.se.

All personal data is protected in our business system, and only authorized personnel within the company have access. We do not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties. Personal data is processed solely to fulfill your agreement with us. If necessary, your personal data may be transferred to our service providers (e.g., transport services and direct delivery from the supplier to the customer).

17.6 Your Rights
As a customer of Campmarket, you always have the right to:
Request information about what data we store about you.
Request correction or deletion of data that you believe is incorrect at any time. This is easiest done via email to info@campmarket.com.
If you have any questions or wish to file a complaint regarding the handling of your personal data, you can contact us via email.

17.7 Storage of Personal Data
Your data is stored for three years from your last order. If you, as a customer, wish to have your data deleted before this period, we may remove certain data immediately, and the remaining data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary. Certain data, such as accounting records, must be stored for seven years in accordance with Swedish accounting regulations.
