You can remotely monitor and control the various functions of the SmartSolar MPPT charger via Bluetooth by pairing it with your smartphone or another device using VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the internet with a Gx device, the Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal gives you access to the full power of the MPPT, anytime, anywhere, and both VictronConnect and VRM are free of charge. For remote installations, you may be able to monitor your MPPT by connecting a GlobalLink 520, even if there is no internet connection nearby.

The SmartSolar charge controller can even charge a heavily discharged battery. It can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 V, provided that the cells have not been permanently sulfated or otherwise damaged.
