The EM 515FL manoeuvring system is the successor to the EM 505FL. It has the same modern appearance but is equipped with new specifications that make it faster, more powerful, and more compact. The EM 515FL features larger drive rollers (70 mm), which provide increased grip/tyre contact. With a caravan weighing a maximum of 2300 kg, it can ascend slopes with an incline of up to 18%. The EM 515FL is equipped with a splash and corrosion-resistant sealed housing. The remote control, featuring soft start/stop technology, engages and disengages the drive rollers on and off the tyre. The remote control (powered by AAA batteries) has a soft grip and easy-to-use buttons, and includes a levelling module that indicates whether the caravan is level. The control box and remote control display error messages via LEDs. In combination with the AutoSteady support legs, the caravan is smoothly levelled.
