It is designed for use in dual battery systems in vehicles or boats where a (smart) generator and starter battery are used to charge the service battery. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth, controlled with a remote for on/off, and features a motor with a detection mechanism.
The Orion-Tr Smart charger operates in 12 V or 24 V systems and is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. There are models with up to 400 W, and multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase output.
It is suitable for high temperatures up to 55 °C with a total nominal power at 40 °C.
