Vilja has a medium-sized grilling area - perfect for the family. Vilja is just as suitable for daily use as for parties and covers all basic grilling needs. Gas barbecue Vilja comes with solid cast iron grates that retain heat extra long, which is especially noticeable when you place cold food on the grill.
When grilling with cast iron grates, you easily achieve a nice crust while retaining the delicious juices in the meat. Vilja is made from very high-quality materials and is designed for year-round use under Nordic conditions.
The two stable side tables provide a convenient extra workspace that makes it easier to grill multiple items at the same time. Vilja comes with a front panel that can be mounted either as a shelf or as a standard front panel. If you choose to mount it as a front panel, you will hide the bottom of the grill.
If you choose to mount it as a shelf, you will have the option to store or place items under the grill. How you want to mount the panel is up to you based on your needs. The assembly is simple and can be easily changed, taking just a few minutes. Gas barbecue Vilja has a built-in thermometer in the lid that gives you a good overview of the temperature in the grill. The thermometer is calibrated 0-400°C.
Remember that the thermometer does not show how hot the surface of the cast iron grate is – therefore, a meat thermometer is a good idea for achieving a perfect grilling result.
