Karn comes with massive cast iron grates that hold heat very well. They maintain an even heat even when cold food is placed directly on the grates. When grilling with cast iron grates, you easily achieve a nice crust while retaining the delicious juices in the meat. The Gas Barbecue Karn is made from very high-quality materials and is designed to function optimally under tough Nordic conditions.

The side tables provide you with two extra work surfaces, so you can grill more items at once and truly impress as a Grill Master. Karn comes with a front panel that can be mounted either as a shelf or a standard front panel.
If you choose to mount it as a shelf, you will have the opportunity to store or place items underneath the grill. If you choose to mount it as a front panel, you will hide the bottom of the grill.
How the panel is mounted is up to your needs. The assembly is simple and can be easily changed, taking just a few minutes. Indirect grilling is a dream on Karn: place the meat in the middle of the grill where the burners directly under the meat are turned off, light the outermost burners on either side, and let the meat grill indirectly.
