Sikaflex®-554 is an elastic, one-component Silane-Terminated Polymer (STP) adhesive system specifically developed for bonding large components in industrial applications. It adheres well to a wide range of substrates with minimal pre-treatment.
Sikaflex®-554 can be accelerated with Sika’s Booster and PowerCure systems.

Usage
Sikaflex®-554 is suitable for joints subjected to dynamic loads. Suitable substrates include metals, especially aluminium, metal primer, paint, steel sheet, ceramic materials, and certain plastics. It adheres well to a wide range of substrates with minimal pre-treatment. Seek the manufacturer's advice and conduct tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-554 on materials sensitive to stress cracking.
Sikaflex®-554 should only be used by experienced professional users. Preliminary tests should be conducted on the relevant substrates and under the right conditions to ensure adhesion and compatibility between the materials.
