The grill has a gas burner that can be connected to the caravan/motorhome/boat's gas system or portable gas bottles via an 8/10 mm hose connector.(Hose, gas connector, gas bottle & pressure regulator not included) Alternatively, the gas burner can be easily replaced with a charcoal burner, and the grill can be used with charcoal/briquettes (charcoal burner 70827 sold separately)
The grill can be used virtually anywhere as it remains cool on the outside. On the rock ledge, on the dining table, in the woods, yes anywhere without the worry of the grill igniting anything. The grilling surface is 26 cm in diameter.
GRILLING
Grill on the ribbed side of the non-stick treated grill plate. Grilling can be done both with and without the lid. With the lid on, the grill functions like an oven and can roast everything up to about 2.5 kg.
FRYING
Remove the lid and turn the grill plate with the smooth side up. The grill has now become a frying pan for eggs, bacon, meat patties, etc.
With the lid on, your grill also functions as an oven. You can now bake bread, pizza, etc.
