  • Made of cold-rolled steel. The pan is not stainless, so it is advisable to store it in a dry place. Clean after use. The inner surface has a temporary rust protection treatment that should be removed before first use. The handle has an epoxy plastic coating and must not be placed over an open flame or cleaned with cleaning agents. The pan lacks a non-stick coating. Proper treatment enhances the frying properties of the pan and protects against rust. The pan should be seasoned before use.
