CTEK Battery Charger MXS 5.0

The MXS 5.0 charger incorporates the same modern technology that was previously only found in CTEK's professional products. The charger resolves many battery-related issues and is perfect for those who have high demands. The MXS 5.0 features that examine and display whether the battery can be charged and maintain its charge, a special reconditioning function that restores stratified and deeply discharged batteries, unique maintenance charging, and a mode for optimised charging during cold winter days. The MXS 5.0 can also charge demanding batteries (e.g. Optima). The entire charging process can be monitored on the unique display. The MXS 5.0 is a fully automatic 8-step charger that provides 0.8A or 5A for 12V batteries between 1.2 and 110Ah and is suitable for maintenance charging up to 160Ah. The charger is IP 65 rated (splash and dust proof), protects vehicle electronics, creates no sparks, and is polarity protected and short-circuit safe. It comes with a 5-year warranty.
