MXS 3.8 is an advanced microprocessor-controlled battery charger with patented Float/Pulse maintenance, designed for batteries from 1.2 Ah up to 85 Ah. MXS 3.8 solves many different battery problems and is the ideal charger for everyday use. MXS 3.8 offers battery condition monitoring to check if it can be charged and if it can hold the charge, a patented automatic desulphation step, and a special Snowflake mode for optimal charging during cold winter days. The patented Float/Pulse maintenance function makes MXS 3.8 ideal for long-term maintenance. The entire process of testing, charging, and maintaining the battery is easy to perform via a clear LED display. MXS 3.8 is a fully automatic 12 V charger of the connect and forget type and includes seven charging stages and the option to select a programme for 0.8 A or 3.8 A. The Snowflake mode uses the 3.8 A programme. A wide charging range for all types of lead batteries from 1.2 Ah up to 80 Ah with additional maintenance up to 130 Ah. Splash and dust resistant (IP65). MXS 3.8 is lightweight and safe to use, protects vehicle electronics, is spark-free, offers protection against connection with incorrect polarity, and is short-circuit proof.
