- Continuous and stable power supply
- Works perfectly with most generators
- High start capacity for demanding loads
Protected against short circuit, reverse polarity, high temperature, high or low battery voltage, and overload.
The Phoenix Multi is more than just a box with a charger and inverter working separately. Victron has taken the technology much further by combining the charger and inverter into one unit – a "power block". The transition between charging and inverting happens seamlessly, ensuring a continuous and stable power supply.
With the Phoenix Multi, power systems can be designed to meet any off-grid or recreational home need. The MultiPlus can automatically start and stop the generator when battery capacity is low or power consumption is high (provided the generator supports auto start/stop), or notify that starting the generator is recommended. The generator can be remotely controlled via a relay contact.
The MultiPlus 1200 can be connected in series or in parallel. Up to six units can be connected in parallel for increased power. Three units can be connected for three-phase output (400 volts). This means there are virtually no limits to system size.
During installation, the unit must be programmed for the battery type in use, and for the power capacity the generator can supply. This ensures optimal system performance. The software is available for free download from Victron’s website. For connection, a Victron Interface MK3 USB, a PC/laptop, and an RJ45 network cable are required.
